Hi Michael, Presuming importance, I would do both: an uncompressed data disk onto DVD (preserving the original data for any future post-production) in the original .aiff file format, AND a compressed (really encoded) MP3 file (using as high a resolution rate of 192 kbps for quality) for "portability" and playability. I presume you have a nice big fat HD to give iTunes a lot of room to work with this file? ;-)
