Dunno about the bottoms, but the tops fit just fine, which is why mine says PowerMac 7600 on it and the old 7600 I sold says PowerMac G3...
The ports fit, iirc the layout is the same, don't know about the mounting holes.
The 7100 is a Nubus machine, and has a different case.
