Yes. It's at the back right side of the motherboard, next to the two ATA
connectors, just inside of the external SCSI connector. IIRC it's labelled on
the
motherboard as SCSI.

Unlike the 7/8/9x00 series, the G3's only have a single SCSI bus, so be
prepared to fiddle with id and termination if you have external devices as well.

Cabling it can be a b*tch, though, since it's got to run along side the power
supply like the ATA cables, you'll probably need to make a custom cable . It
might be easier to stick the scsi drive down in the 'basement', though if it's
a fast, hot drive you'll probably run into cooling issues. It won't fit if
it's > 1 inch. >>

My reply:

If your Beige 266 is a Mini-Tower. You can carefully thread an 18 inch 50 pin
internal SCSI cable from the Logic Board SCSI connector through a hole in the
internal metal structure. Be careful not to cut or damage the ribbon cable it
is a tight fit.

Two weeks ago I purchased a Beige 266 MT for may dad. It had a decent IDE
drive installed for the boot disk but all his data was on an old 1/3 height
SCSI
drive in a PM 6100. It took no longer than 10-15 minutes to switch his old
drive with to the MT's empty lower drive bay (the one beneath the ZIP drive
bay).
