No. Two problems here:
First, OS X flat out doesn't support the serial port for anything but modems,
Second, OS X doesn't support the original LaserWriter or LaserWriter Plus...both have Postscript V1, and OS X needs PS v2 or better.
I've been around and around on it , as I wanted to get my old one running. I got the system to see the printer via an old localtalk-ethernet bridge, but every attempt at printing resulted in PS errors.
