You could run an 83.3333MHz bus and run the G3 at 416.6666MHz.  The next step 
up at that bus speed is 458.3333MHz.  I would definitely use a fan and fresh 
thermal grease (or fresh heat transfer tape) at that speed.  At the stock bus 
speed you could also try 433MHz.  A step up is 466MHz.  It is generally 
accepted that you can get 50MHz with no extra cooling.  However, I will always 
recommend extra cooling.  I have a 350MHz ZIF I could not stably get past 
375MHz, 
and I have a fan, but no thermal grease (very unwise and probably why I cant go 
faster right now)  If you need any help let me know.  I have all the jumper 
settings.
