Yes PC133, 100, and 66 can all be mixed.  However, you can clockchip Beiges 
to 83MHz.  If you ever decide to do this, you should use at least PC100 memory 
in it to ensure stability.  Anyway, in a beige just make sure it is single 
density.  It will have RAM chips on both sides of the DIMM.  If you use double 
density only half of the memory will be addressed.
