I got my B&W with the U2W SCSI option installed. There are two hard drive sleds to the left of the sled where your 6GB drive is installed. My drive was installed on the far left sled. I installed another U2W drive on the middle sled, and two IDE drives on the double stacked sled.

There *might be* extra drive sleds in those locations, might not. They tend to get removed by prior owners before B&W's get sold on the used market. If your B&W still has them they might easily go unnoticed to the untrained eye, since they almost appear to be part of the floor.
The single-drive sled is significantly different from the dual-drive bracket you might have your drive in now; more like a metal plate or tray with two screw holes on each side. You'll notice that whatever drive sled you currently have is secured to the floor by a single screw in the center of the front edge. Look for two similar screws spaced fairly equidistantly across the floor; if you see any they're probably holding your extra drive sleds (or trays) in place.
