A friend gave me an early Airport for use with my wife's Clamshell. I got that connecting to the internet ok using the version 1.3 Airport software in os 9.2.
Now I want to connect my Beige to the airport via ethernet so we can both be on line at the same time. That hasn't worked so far in either os 9.2 or 10.3.8. Might have the wrong cables...one doesn't show any connection in the networks page of prefs in os X. The crossover cable shows a connection in X, but I can't get anything to work.
