I have an external hd, 4G that was used externally on 6500
and that has stuff I want.
Connected the external hd via the 25 pin external on G3
Beige and started up with X.
The external drive and its 4 partitions did not show on the
dt.
Went to D1stA and the Drive and all 4 partitions show fine.
In error I clicked on SERVER FILE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a hang-up that can not recover.
Why did the external hd NOT show on the dt in X?
