I read about 21 months ago that Apple settled a class action suit to

I've not seen anything since especially at Apple's site. Has anybody
heard
anything more about this?
Rick,
For a long time, there was a link on apple's site (down at the bottom
of the main page at www.apple.com) about the Beige G3 settlement; the
link was placed where the iPod and adapter settlement notices are now,
near where the battery and iBook recalls are mentioned. As the
settlement was announced well over a year ago, it may no longer be
valid. Apple's link used to forward to rosenthalco.com, but that link
is now invalid.
