How do I know what version of board I have? Where does

Board Logic for Power Mac G3/blue and white Rev 1
Blue & White Revision 1 logic boards only support one internal IDE hard
drive. However, this limitation can be easily conquered by adding a PCI
ATA card. Here's how you can tell if you have what logic board you
currently have in your Blue & White G3: Check the number printed on the
CMD chip at location U1. The CMD chip on Rev. 1 logic boards is
PCI646U2 and on Rev. 2 logic boards is 646U2-402. To find the location
of the CMD chip on the logic board, click on the graphic on the item
page. http://www.dvwarehouse.com/products/2000.html It is clearly
identified there.
