Thank you for confirming what Bruce Johnson and Dan replied, and yes, this is a POP account downloaded to my hard drive. I searched using all the column headers forward and backward. The mystery remains. It is too late now to go back to the web mail, but I did search that every way I could think of. The problem doing that is that Cox is so SLOW dealing with all the SPAM sitting in the account for only a week. I'll try the rebuild function.
