>>Is there such a thing as a PCI graphics card that has ADC output? >> >>Reason: I've obtained an Apple 17" ADC monitor and the card that it was used with is a 32Mb AGP card (and I believe I'd be right in thinking that it won't fit in a PCI slot?). I don't wanna give up the Radeon 8xxx with RGB/DVI output on my main G4 MP and was thinking of using the monitor with a BnW.
Yeah, you're in trouble. Cannot use AGP in a PCI slot no matter how hard you push. ;) Afaict, you'd need to get not only a DVI-ready PCI video card, but then at least $150 in converters after that. ADC does power, usb, and video. Extracting video from the three for VGA is easy; adding usb and power to a vga output card is another matter entirely, as some have pointed out.
