I'm thinking of modding my Mac Mini into my Yamaha PF80 case. I think there's room in there...
Another option would be to attach it to the back of my flat panel monitor.

Here's a mod I recently did: I modded a 2 channel mixer and a midi switchbox into the top drawer face of a 2 drawer file cabinet, which I use as one of 2 bases for my Yamaha pf80, Mac Mini & M-Box. Inside the drawer: a midi interface, an Alesis Nano Synth, an Alesis Nano Verb, and a small amp. Attached to the side: a 5 switch power switchbox.

I'll probably end up modding the Mac Mini and the M-Box into the bottom drawer, and have the battery backup in the back of the drawer.
