MacTracker says that my machine is ATA33. I'm running a WDC WD1200JB and full access to 111.76MB HDD, formatted for Mac OS Extended (journaled) however I'm sure that my system is limited to 128MB due to the disk address schema. Which I believe is a hardware limitation.

Do you mean GigaBytes (GB)? IOW, MegaBytes is not a problem anywhere we're talking about.

All the best,

OOPS. Should have been GB since the WDC WD1200JB is a 120GB drive. Got it on eBay for $65.66 + $17.00 shipping about 1 1/2 years ago.

I also have a IC35L060AVVA07-0 from IBM which is 57.27GB formatted.

And a Maxtor Atlas SCSI witch I can not get to mount in OSX. It shows up in the list of scsi device in the System Profile, but won't mount on the desktop. Got any ideas? If I switch to OS 9.2.2 it mounts on the DT no problem. So I just keep it turned off and only use it when I want to archive some date.

Thanks for catching my error.
