definitely.  Heres one example:

these cases are especially easy to modify for mac use since they are plastic. 
 Its much easier to drill into.  All you need to do is put standoffs in the 
right places and your motherboard will drop right in.
    I highly recommend everyone checks out www.applefritter.com.  Its a great 
site.  I think there may also be a similar case mod on xlr8yourmac.com, but 
Im not sure.
