Nope. I have "you'll pry 'em out of my cold, dead fingers" Kensington trackballs I've used for years, and have never used a mouse with a scrollwheel. That said, the one I just got for my G4 has a scroll wheel that seems to work the few times I've tried, but I just generally use the spacebar to page down, or just drag the scrollbar up and down with the trackball.
