Folks If I'm starting to sound like a salesman for "RamDirect" - I'm sorry and in fact I do not have any ties with them nor do I work for "RamDirect" - I just buy their product from time to time.
If your looking for reliable RAM Sticks do the following... 1. Make sure what your buying meets Apple's specifications! 2. Make sure that the RAM Sticks you have selected were designed for your Mac. 3. DON'T USE GENERIC PRODUCT! 4. PRICE IS THE LAST THING YOU SHOULD THINK ABOUT WHEN BUY RAM STICKS! 5. REMEMBER "RAM STICKS" ARE THE SECOND MOST INPORTANT "BUYING DECISION" YOU WILL EVER MAKE FOR YOU "MAC" - THE MOST IMPORTANT "BUYING DECISION" WAS WHEN YOU BOUGHT YOUR "MAC IN THE FIRST PLACE!" 6. BUY THEM FROM 'RAMDIRECT". The reason I'm so high on this company is the fact that many of their engineers and principals onced work for Apple - some of these guys wrote the book on "Ram" - some even wrote the specifications - and that is a good thing! Also their pricing is fair and really in line with most - and often their pricing is better than what you find at so called "value" shops Do check them out at www.ramdirect.com have a good day rich --- Kathi Anderson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Snip > > And with other people reporting the same problems > > here from time to > > time, I have to wonder about quality control in > the > > companies that make > > these RAM sticks.
