Dear List:
I am running OSXvnc server (version 1.33) on a Power Mac G4 with OS X
(version 10.4.2). I am unable to start the server. I have tried
restarting my computer, trashing the OSvnc preferences, and killing
the process ID for this application through Terminal, but I am still
unable to start the server. Any ideas?
Roland :)
Hi Roland,
you might to get the latest version 1.5 which addresses this problem
Nik.
Roland,
With Tiger you no longer need a VNC server - you can use Apple Remote
Desktop as a VNC server. I tried OSXvnc on Tiger and decided to just
use Apple Remote Desktop as a VNC server. I regularly access my iMac
this way, and it works great.
