I have one of the Orange Micro PC cards in my 9600. You just need the
OrangePC software and a copy of Windows (if I remember right, up
through Windows 98 or maybe SE) software to use it. They originally
had a video loopback cable that allow you to use one monitor for
Windows and the Mac OS. You can also hook a monitor up to it directly
and run Windows on one monitor and the Mac OS on the other. The
support stopped at OS 9 or 9.1. I know it will not run in the Classic
environment. I think the B&W was the last supported system.
I always found that Windows running on the OrangePC card was much
faster than anything running in Virutual PC.
Orange Micro used to have all the software, updates and manuals for the
various OrangePC cards (there were 5 or 6 of them) on their web site.
If you want to play with the card but can not find the software send me
a note off list.
