Yes Bruce, all firmware updated and why I keep most data on a separate
backed up partition.
It's a defective batch and you were lucky to receive a good one. Mike
at XLR8yourmac has also acknowledged they are a bad batch as well as
other testaments there.
And yes it WILL help to post it here because they are aware of the post
and listers need to know of the defective processors before buying.
