There are 2 motherboards that will easily fit your case.  A sawtooth, or 
a gigabit ethernet.  With the gigabit ethernet, you will need to get a power 
supply for this model also.  A digital Audio PS may work.
    Anyway, someone who did this told me that the mounts for the motherboard 
line up.  You will need to modify your port cover with a drill, or remove it.  
You should also get the front power board, though you can make your own.  If 
you have a keyboard with a power button then you probably dont really need it, 
but it is still a good idea.  The PS you have now will work without 
modification.  And if you ever want to use dual processors in the system, get a 
rev 2 
sawtooth.
