Well it appears that my second attempt to reply worked, but I neglected
to mention a key point in the Adaptec quote which I had to delete.
They no longer develop SCSI drivers for the Macintosh OS. And no new
firmware or patches available, even for the set of PowerDomain cards
listed on the page.
