I'm not sure what is going on here but I assume you are "looking at" the files because you cannot open the browser properly. You are right that such looking is rather confusing. You are unstuffing with good software? You are installing when you have *booted* into OS 9+ I hope? Tell me whether you have done the following. Downloaded the stuffed file and kept it.
