I have upgraded these machines and it primarily lays in what you are going to use the machine for and do you mind to spend the money because the G4 machines are coming down on price just look on ebay . I would say if you really love the machine then upgrading might not be bad , but it will always have its limits even with upgrades. So this is the best answer my friend.
