Does your keyboard and mouse have Mac Drivers? If so, I think it should work.

The console has PS/2 ports : one for keyboard

on your computer BUT the console DOES NOT have USB ports.

I have been using one of these things for a year with my Powerbook G4 and a B&W. What ever keyboard you plug into the PS/2 port will be recognized as a standard 101 keyboard. None of the special keys will be recognized. I have a Logitech Internet Navigator and none of the special buttons work.

My KVM switch uses the USB port from the client computer for power. This causes me all kinds of grief. I purchased a powered USB Hub and that solved most of my issues. The G4 Power Book works fine but the B&W has a "bug". The USB port does not get enabled in the boot process till after the monitor is detected... So the B&W would boot headless... To solve the bug I reset B&W after I see the USB hub light up or I start the powerbook then the B&W.

This KVM switch works great with my flat pannel LCD. I wish I could use the special keys. I also use this solution with two dell laptops.

I would personally not recommend the usb/ps2 kvm switch but it will work.
