Could someone please give me a brief summary of the differences
between the capabilities of a master drive and a slave drive?
I've got a slave drive that won't allow me to boot from an OSX
install, but will allow booting from OS9. Could this be because it
is designated as a slave?
Hi Andrew,
just installed a second drive (OS X loaded) designated as slave (OS 9
disk is the master) and I can boot either OS X or 9.
