Since everyone seems to be moving the little metal inserts to suit
needs, I'm not certain that I'd trust the 'color coding' by now.
Just get the chart, a straight pin (to push the metal insert out far
enough to get hold of it with tweezers), tweezers, a little time, and
you will have your own 'custom jumper block'.
