I am going to try Inkscape. Since I don't have a lot of MacDraw files I'm just looking for ease of use.
I'm also working with InkScape in 10.3.9 on a 350 mHz G4 Sawtooth. So far, I'm intrigued. It's not really a Mac app, it's an X11 app, so it's missing some OSX intuitveness (has its own menubar, etc.), but I kind of like it.
