Everything someone does is a choice. and everyone has choices. This guy made inappropriate ones, and knowingly chose to risk the consequences.
I guess ya'all missed my point. I don't care about the 16yro criminal. I care about the *experienced* police *lieutenants* that spewed 20 extra bullets around... A cop's job is to *protect* and serve. Spewing bullets like that does NOT protect or serve anyone. Even my neighbor (a police officer) told me last night that incidents like that should NEVER happen. And he pointed out that the department will protect those officers... so it will happen again.
