Can't find RAM specs for the mini on Apple's site. Can anyone tell me if I want: ECC or non-ECC; buffered or unbuffered; high (128 x) or low (64 x) density...?

I stuck a standard 1GB stick of cas2.5 PC2700 in mine. They'll deal with PC3200 without issue if it's cheaper (as it usually is these days) and you don't need buffered ECC. Density is fairly irrelevant with modern chipsets, as the Intrepid is. As long as you buy decent, non-ECC ram at PC2700 or greater speed, it'll work fine. Crucial/Micron is good and usually reasonably priced and they have a helpful tool to make sure you get the right ram for your machine on their site.
