Can anyone confirm for me that a 256Mb PC 100-322 SO-DIMM for a
600MHz iBook will also work in a 333MHz iMac?

Around a year or so ago, I took some SO-DIMM RAM that had come from my
600MHz iBook, and put it into an older tray-loading iMac (might've been
333MHz, sorry, I forget the exact specs on the iMac at the moment).
It's still working to this day. The way I confirmed it was by going to
one of the RAM vendor websites and requesting RAM for that particular
iMac, and then for my iBook. The website tried to sell me the exact
same RAM for each.
One thing to remember, though is that I believe the iMac had an issue
regarding physical size (not the MB) of the RAM being placed into either
the upper or lower slot on the iMac. I'm sure others on the list can
verify this and give some details.
