I'm trying to find a long lost Quark document which

the name of the doc and my attempts to guess or search
for a partial string of the name have been
unsuccessful. The search mechanism in Sherlock offers
the choice of searching by TYPE and/or CREATOR. Other
than knowing the TYPE as being a Page Layout Program,
and the CREATOR as being Quark, I am at a loss for
what to place in the Sherlock dialog box.

When I Google "Quark Creator," I get links about Armin
Ringo (the programmer,) and when I Google "Quark Type"
I find PostScript and Helvetica, and links like that.

Does anybody know where I could find a list of TYPE
and CREATER identifiers for the various applications?

With sherlock open, and the creator field visible, just drag a known Quark document (preferably from the same version of Quark) onto the Sherlock window and it will fill in the creator code and any other visible field with info from the dragged dock. Delete the fields that do not apply to the document you are looking for and search away.
