Did you use jumpers to set the speed to 366? If so, I bet you used the same chart as shown here:

BTW, if you want to know if your board is capable of 83MHz, there is a large chip on the board. I believe it is the biggest other than the CPU. The last 2 digits should be either 66 or 83.
