Seems like a great site, but I cant figure out how to determine the 
size.  I have determined, however, that it is 256Mbit and 7.5ns.  Other 
than that, the site doesn't list any info for the section of my chip 
that reads "M804" for internal organization.  Shows M816 and 1604.
    Anyway, if the chips are 256Mbit, does that mean each chip is 32MB?  If 
so I come to the same answer as 64Mx72 that this is a 576MB chip (512MB 
with ECC).
