what you need to do is calibrate each monitor/card combo to the same external standard. Using the same profile on two different monitors is a surefire way of having matching problems. If you're using Apple's built in calibration, check the advanced box at the beginning, this lets you tweak it more.

IAC, though getting two different cards and two different monitors to match is a painstaking process, best handled with external hardware like the Monaco Optix <http://tinyurl.com/8ua7b>

Expensive, but if your business depends on accurate color, this is the way to go.
