Just wanted to say that I recently installed a DVR 110 D in my G4
Yikes running 10.3.9 and yes patchburn was the ace I needed the drive
is fast and has written both DVD - R +R as well as lots of CDs
without fail. Really perks up the old fella to get some new gear
installed. Bigger HD and possibly 10.4 could be pushing the upper
limit of 1999 technology...

The issue will be the lack of a driver I suspect. Assuming that you
are running OSX 10.3 or under, you can download Patchburn [there is
a link to it on www.xlr8yourmac.com ] and then be able to use the
drive. If you have OSX 10.4, it is natively supported I understand.
I have 10.3 and a DVR 109 in my sawtooth. Once I installed
Patchburn it works perfectly. Hope this is of some use.
