Accounts
  Choose Yours
Startup Items

They need to be applications. Drag the app in. Don't make an alias and drag 
that even though that was the procedure for OS-9.

And it has changed over time. I'm using OS 10.3.9 because Tiger won't talk to 
my SE/30.
