Hi Norman,

First of all, what is the speed rating of your G4 ZIF?

I have a PowerMac that started life as a G3/266. I installed a 500Mhz
G4 ZIF and I have been running it at 566Mhz for a long time now by
simply increasing the bus speed.

If you have a similarly rated G4, I can walk you through the process.

you'd be surprised the difference going from 266Mhz to 566Mhz makes.
