My neighbours have broadband, the kid opposite me is especially
annoyingly ahead of me (every time I see him, he has upgraded it to
faster, he can download the 9 hr Lord of the Rings in 3 secs now or
something like that!). For one whole day once I had a more modern
mobile phone than him, my only technological triumph over him ever...
well, actually, come to think of it, my LCD is 1 inch bigger (must
remind him of this more often...)
My q: can I download to his XP machine things like the Apple Tiger
updates, usb them to my stick and put them on my X Quicksilver and it
all work?
