No.

The AIO and the G3 MT/DT/Server have identical motherboards.

The interface board is different in the AIO in order to provide video 
feed to the builtin monitor. You can see where these extra components 
would have been "stuffed" on a bare bones Beige.

If you're maxed out on your AIO, you would also be maxed out on a MT, DT 
or Server.
