Unfortunatly I don't know; and I don't have the time to investigate
this any further. It looks like G-Wrap 1.9.7 is the culprit, but I
don't know of any changes that could result in the buggy behaviour.

It's the same in Debian. After etch is released, I'll have to work
with the GnuCash maintainer on resolvin this issue.
