I just tried installing Leopard. It worked fine until the end, where I got a
message saying that the installation was almost complete - a minute left.
After about 10 minutes, I clicked on the "utilities" menu in the menu bar
and suddenly got a spinning beach ball. The progress bar stopped moving at
the same time. How long should I wait to see if the install completes? I
used "archive and install" so I realize that my old user directory could be
in the process of being reconstructed, but what should I do if there are no
changes after a half hour?
Cheers,

Brian
