Hi Simon; A good rinse with 'methanol' (methyl alcohol) would be helpful. The only caution on the methanol use, would be that it is also a solvent, it may affect 'keytop markings'.
[The methanol absorbs the water molecules and carries them away.] Lacking methanol availability, I'd go for a couple of days 'Sun Drying'. Chuck D.
