Damn, I was just going to click the send button when I saw the UK email address. Just before erasing my post I checked their web page. Hard to find but mentioned shipping outside USA may take a few extra days to check funds . I'd email them and get a post quote. May still be worth while depending what you can find near by. £ = $1.92 in UK today and $1.72 in USA today . So apox 1/2 the USA price should be the £ price + shipping . Oh and then there's vat to pay. Well still worth emailing to check. I lived in Earls Court, London for 6 months many years ago loved it.
I feel your pain. My backup plan should my Intel Mac die is a B&W desktop . Now for perhaps some happier news. LEM is a great place to buy used Mac stuff. RAM is cheap enough with Lifetime warranty that it maybe a better buy. Long time Mac seller OWC has been a great place to buy parts for years . I've bought from them for at least 10 years . I've only had one problem and they fixed it and made me happy in a week . No my Uncle doesn't own the place ;-) I took a quick look and Power Mac G4 400 MHz RAM prices start @: 512 MB PC 133 RAM $32.99 512 MB PC 100 RAM $31.95 256 MB PC 133 RAM $13.95 256 MB PC 100 RAM $13.97 all RAM sold has Lifetime Warranty . My B&W machine has a full 1 GB of OWC's house RAM in it. 4-5 years no problems. They also have brand name RAM and or more expensive. YRMV your results may vary . As you can see not much difference in price. Just in case your wondering or not. There won't be any difference in performance in PC 100 /133 RAM in this machine. How ever the 133 RAM gives you options for fitting in more machines including newer models then yours. Also used market should be better for selling in the future. Shipping has rarely been more then $5.00 total except when buying much larger things. However now that I think of it i've not ordered anything in the last year or so. OWC website www.macsales.com Shipping from Illinois to the west coast 3-5 days for in stock items most of the time.
