PC66/PC100/PC133 is SDRAM.

Higher levels of RAM may be DDR, DDR2 or DDR3.

My Intels take PC2-5400 (667), PC2-6400 (800) and possibly faster
DDR2 sticks.

I'm running the CPU at 3.6 GHz, the FSB at 1.6 GHz and the RAM at 667
MHz. The MCH takes care of all the details

Lots of performance improvements between the 100 MHz bus G4s and the
1600 MHz bus Intels.

With specific reference to PC100 and PC133, be advised that there are
some hybrid sticks out there which are CL2 at PC100 speeds and CL3 at
PC133 speeds. Those I've seen have reported themselves as PC100S.

For my DA, which is my last PPC machine still active on a daily
basis, I use PC133-333 and PC133-332.
