CCC 3.1.2 is treating Permissions differently than CCC 2 ... it  
doesn't consider it a part of the Cloning / Backup process, so it  
doesn't work with them Repair-wise. It will ignore, and not copy  
Permissions and Ownership things, if you somehow tell it not to ...

I'm still not clear on it either.
