This is unfair.

Unsanity products preform perfectly when used correctly. Unsanity fix  
bugs almost instantly, much quicker that Apple does (Time Capsule for  
example).

The problem here is that Amanda didn't read the instructions about  
"compatibility" on Unsanity's website. If she had, she would have seen  
that "Dock Detox" is incompatible with Leopard. I don't think it's  
Unsanity's fault that Amanda didn't read the instructions before she  
installed. My experience with Unsanity products has shown then to be  
invaluable and virtually bug free WHEN USED AS SUPPORTED.
