Xpostfacto on beige g3's have always had video problems. Definitely get a PCI video card. I have a beige g3 with a 16mb PCI video card, a G4 500MHZ sonnet upgrade processor, with a 40GB hard drive running mac os 10.3.9. Runs great and without the video problems that come with the original video card. -Jonas
