If not Safari renames the download each time, to avoid overwriting existing files. You may have Ilife09.dmg, Ilife09-1.dmg, Ilife09-2.dmg, Ilife09-3.dmg; if you keep trying to run iLife09.dmg, you'll keep getting the same answer. Alternatively, Safari may be messed up.
